Production Area: Taranto Province, Puglia
Vinification: Raccolta notturna delle uve stramature. La fermentazione alcolica avviene dopo una breve macerazione di 3 giorni. Il vino viene poi inviato in pressa soffice e affinato in legno.
Best served withIdeal with cheese with honey, blue cheeses, foie gras, fruits, dry pastries, almond biscuits, signature chocolate. Perfect with traditional Christmas sweets. Also a meditation wine.
