Description
Grape Variety: Negroamaro
Production Area: Puglia. Very red soil rich in iron oxides upon a layer of calcareous rock.
Vinification: Destemming and crushing of the grapes, thermo-controlled alcoholic fermantation with skin contact. Pressing and malolactic fermentation. Ageing for about 6 months.
Best served with: Ideal with savoury first courses, grilled meat and hard cheese. Also a meditation wine.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Alcohol level: 13%
