The Nautilus on the label is a mollusk that has remained almost unchanged since the dawn of time, that has become a symbol of renewal because it grows throughout its life.
For this reason it's also known as Fossile Vivente (Living Fossil).
Just like this wine, produced according to the ancestral method, in continuous evolution, pleasantly veiled and of great organoleptic complexity, especially regarding the hints bread crust, typical of this ancient technique.
FOSSILENTE – White and Rosé Sparkling Wines
The white wine is straw-yellow in color, bouquet with notes of citrus fruits, fresh flowers. The rosé wine is cherry pink in color with coral reflections, bouquet with notes of wild berries, cherry and strawberry.
The main feature is the hint of bread crust due to the presence of yeasts in the bottle.
On the palate they are both fresh, balanced and pleasant with a fine and persistent perlage.
Great wines for the aperitif, with fish dishes and risottos.
