Complex bouquet with scents of honey, peach in syrup, ripe yellow apple, candied citrus. Light hints of Mediterranean herbs and spices. Soft, enveloping, never cloying thanks to the balance between acidity and sweetness. The finish is long with hints of dried fruit and candied orange.

Grape Variety: Aromatic Candia Malvasia

Production Area: Taranto Province, Puglia

Vinification: Raccolta notturna delle uve stramature. La fermentazione alcolica avviene dopo una breve macerazione di 3 giorni. Il vino viene poi inviato in pressa soffice e affinato in legno.

Best served withIdeal with cheese with honey, blue cheeses, foie gras, fruits, dry pastries, almond biscuits, signature chocolate. Perfect with traditional Christmas sweets. Also a meditation wine.
