We will taste together and exclusively our special novelty: MELESCO - Malvasia di Candia from overripe grapes, with delicate appetizers and delicious local honey, in collaboration with friends of @associazione.evodia that will make us live the experience of honey extraction, the process by which the beekeeper takes honey from the honeycomb.
MELESCO is a complex bouquet with scents of honey, peach in syrup, ripe yellow apple, candied citrus. Light hints of Mediterranean herbs and spices. Soft, enveloping, never cloying thanks to the balance between acidity and sweetness. The finish is long with hints of dried fruit and candied orange.
