We are delighted to present our new wine: MELESCO - Malvasia di Candia da uve stramature (from overripe grapes). Complex bouquet with scents of honey, peach in syrup, ripe yellow apple, candied citrus. Light hints of Mediterranean herbs and spices. Soft, enveloping, never cloying thanks to the balance between acidity and sweetness. The finish is long with hints of dried fruit and candied orange. Ideal with cheese with honey, blue cheeses, foie gras, fruits, dry pastries, almond biscuits, signature chocolate. Perfect with traditional Christmas sweets. Also a meditation wine. Serving Temperature 12°, alcohol 14,50 % vol.
