Puglia contains treasures. There are secrets that often cannot help but surface. There are stones that come from the depths, on which the history of a territory is written, on which the footprints of many men are imprinted. On these red and stony soils, rich in iron oxides, the roots are forced to struggle to dig deep in search of water, freshness and nourishment. But it is exactly this difficult and harsh condition, together with the hot summer sun that give the grapes incomparable concentration, full of sugar and color, resulting in rich wines.

100% Native Grapes
The vines are managed by hand and organically. Indigenous grape varieties like Primitivo, Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera and Fiano are grown mainly on red soils rich in iron oxides, full of limestone and fossils deriving from the crumbling of the underlying rock. The climate is tipically mediterranean with long and hot summers, pleasant springs and mild winters.
Continuous Monitoring
The production of grapes follows the respect for the traditional model, continuously supported by the search for the highest quality and elegance in the glass. In the winery, everything is meticulously managed, through the use of cutting-edge technology but without ever forgetting the past.
Advanced Technique
To transform the grapes into wine we rely on the experience of valid enologists and on the precious "know-how" of our professionals, supported by the latest generation of winemaking equipment, which allows temperature control in the various phases and respect for the fruit.

Or wines are present in about 20 countries all over the world and have already achieved several important awards in the most renowned international wine competitions, including the 99 Points that make the wine ILMorante Primitivo di Manduria DOP, one of the Best Italian Wines according to Luca Maroni, author of the Best Italian Wines Guides 2023.

ADOPT A ROW
Adopt Your Row. In collaboration with ilnomadedivino.com we have a program that we have designed for those who want to experience the vineyard directly from their home. If you have ever dreamed of being a winemaker, carrying out all those typical activities in the vineyard and cellar, you can adopt a row. This will allow you to follow the stages of the vines, take care of them, see the small changes that take place day by day, be able to witness the evolution of the vineyard, and put into practice the necessary actions to get to the harvest. You can adopt a row for yourself or gift it to someone special. This will be a 12-month long experience. As part of this program, you will recieve monthly emails, videos and images that show you what happens in the vineyard through the eyes of those who work in the vineyard daily. Additionally, you will also recieve a shipment of 6 bottles of wine made of grapes from your adopted row of vines.
